I am an adjunct faculty in the Department of Economics at Queen’s University. My research interest is Energy/Environmental Economics, Public and Development Economics, Applied Microeconomics, Time-series econometrics, and Big Data Methodologies, including Machine learning and Data mining. My current areas of research include the economics of renewables and electricity economics. I have been actively involved recently, contributing to some policy-oriented analysis sponsored by the World Bank to estimate the economic opportunity cost of labour in South Africa and Mozambique.
